In the wake of the Coronavirus, our highest priority is to do our part to help ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers while meeting our service commitments.

How will respond to constantly changing circumstances?

Our network planning and operations teams are experienced with adapting to changing conditions, and we are developing contingency plans to address potential sources of disruption in our air and ground shipments.  Of course, we will comply with all government regulations and guidelines related to the containment of the Novel Coronavirus.

What departments within are working?

At this point in time, our office and warehouses in Hyderabad and Secunderabad are partially working with 30% staff. Our internal departments like Sales, Inventory, and Marketing teams are closed until May 29th. Our product development team and customer support team are partially working from home.

What does it mean for customers who placed orders recently?

Due to the shutdown, shipping is restricted to Orange and Green Zones only till May 17th. Shipping will resume to all locations from May 18th or once we get instructions from our courier partners. During this time, there can be potential delays in order processing, shipping and delivery. We do not offer one day delivery or 2 day delivery to any locations at this time. For any customer requesting a refund during this time, refunds will be initiated on or after June 5.

What measures are we taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

IMASTUDENT staff will continue to follow guidance on the best methods to prevent the spread of infection in accordance with recommendations provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), and other health authorities around the world. We are maintaining hygienic conditions in our facilities by sanitizing on a daily basis. Following up with our employees on their health and allowing our dev team and support team to work from home until further notice.

Is it safe to accept packages from a Coronavirus infected region?

The World Health Organization (WHO) has stated that the likelihood of novel Coronavirus contaminating cardboard or other shipping containers is low. But however, for the safety of our customers. We recommend you to use hand gloves while opening the packages and quickly discard the outer packing of the shipment.

How is helping the community?

During the uncertain period, has contributed a sum of Rs. 2,25,000/- in total to the CM relief funds for the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh combined. Apart from the monetary contributions, has so far donated 8000+ meals to the families below the poverty line within the Hyderabad region.
