What shipping methods are available?

We fulfill orders placed on our site or mobile app with our prime shipping partners. We co-ordinate with Delhivery, Ecom Express, FedEx, and Aramex to ship our products at your doorstep.

How long will it take to get my package?

Once shipped, your orders arrives within 1 to 4 Business days, Sometimes it make take longer than usual depending upon your location. However, is not responsible for the delays in any orders since, we ship with our partner couriers and it is upon the partners. You can always Track your package by visiting Track My Order page on

How do I track my order?

You can track your order in two ways.

  1. Login into your account and select the order you have placed and then track it using the provided tracking number.
  2. Go to to track your order using order email and order number


When I can return?

You can return a product within 10 days from the date of purchase if the product is unopened. However, we allow  24Hour returns only when there are appropriate reasons such as defective item when shipped or not as described or wrong item being sent. After 10 days, you can still have your product serviced or replaced at any of the Manufacturer suggested service center depending upon the item purchased. For returning a product, different rules apply based on the item purchased. Always contact us when there is any issue.

What I can return?

Returns apply to all your products* if they are arrived defective or not as described – But, return request must be filed within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Once filed, you have up to 10 days to send the products back to us.

*Computer chips like RAM, Processors do not come under return/replacement policy as per the Manufacturer’s policies

How do I place an order?

  •  Open the product page of the item you are willing to buy. Choose necessary options like color, size, model etc.
  • Add the quantity and hit Add to Cart Button
  • Go to Cart Page and enter Coupon Code if available. Else, Checkout.
  • Fill Checkout details and enter payment options.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account for placing an order is not mandatory, you can still place an order as a guest. But, recommends to have an account so that 1) You can track your order directly from your account. 2) Keeping a history of all your orders. 3) Resolving an issue is easy with the account holders. 4) Account holders get frequent newsletter from with latest offers and coupons.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

With COD (Cash On Delivery) you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is ₹40,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Gift Cards or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Only Indian Rupees accepted.

Are there any hidden charges (Sales Tax or Octroi Charges) when I purchase on

Our Order & Return Policies

  • Once the Order is created, Customer can cancel the order within 3 hours from the time the order is placed. After 3 Hours, The customer can still Contact Us or Live Chat or Email Us but order cancellation cannot be guaranteed. But, most of the times we assure we take care of the cancellation before the order ships.
  • Order once shipped, cannot be canceled or refused for delivery under any circumstances. do not encourage Order Cancellation/ Order Refusal at the time of delivery. calls its customers every time whenever the order is placed to confirm the order. Once the order is confirmed, there is no way canceling the order.
  • On COD orders, if the customer refuses the package and wants to cancel the order. Please note that customer is liable for shipping charges ( includes 2-way shipping + cancellation processing). takes this seriously.
