SmallRig MagEase Overview

The 52mm MagEase Magnetic 1/4 Black Mist Filter Kit from SmallRig creates a dreamy and romantic atmosphere by softening highlight detail and lowering the contrast and sharpness, all while preserving shadow detail. This filter is especially effective with portraiture, as it delicately softens peoples' skin.

SmallRig built this filter using Schott B270i HD glass that protects against water, stains, mildew, and scratches. The filter also features anti-reflective and multi-layer coatings and a CNC-machined frame that eliminates vignetting. It magnetically secures to SmallRig's 52mm Magnetic Filter Adapter Ring, M-Mount Filter Adapter Ring, or Universal Mobile Phone Filter Clip.
