The G9-5 Metal Camera Cage from Ulanzi is a protective four-sided aluminum cage with multiple mount types for expanding your GoPro HERO9 / HERO10 Black for more professional video and audio capture. The cage comes with a mic adapter holder and a two-prong mount that can be attached on the bottom, or the mic adapter can be removed and the two-prong attached directly to the bottom of the cage, which may work better for you depending on your application. When both items are removed, a 1/4"-20 tripod thread is revealed.

There's a shoe mount on top for attaching accessories such as lights and mics, and a shoe mount riser is included that installs onto the shoe mount and elevates it. The higher positioning provides extra space for mics that use a windshield. When the riser attaches to the shoe mount, it locks in securely via a safety pin. Your HERO9 Black installs through a rear door that lifts out of the cage completely, and the door also locks in via a safety pin when inserted back in. A second shoe mount is offered on the side of the cage, and access to the camera's USB port is provided so you can connect an optional GoPro 3.5mm Mic Adapter.
