The combination of this adapter and a LiteChaser Pro 15 case gives you two ways to swap those filters. The fastest way is by taking advantage of the adapter's single-button quick release mechanism. This removes the adapter and attached filter as a single unit. This method will require that you have an adapter for each filter that you own.
